The noblest, refined processed fabrics in the best form and performance! Almost all ESTELLA products are made of 100% pure cotton. This excellent raw material is made of high-quality cotton fibres. The length of the individual fibers - the so-called pile - is crucial to the quality of the raw cotton. Only the longest and finest fibers are used to produce a durable yarn. The material is combed several times - until a particularly smooth and hard surface structure is obtained. In the opinion of the expert, cotton is then "super-combed". Fine yarns form the basis of virtually all ESTELLA textiles, which are then processed and finished in various ways, entirely in Germany.

MAKO-INTERLOCK-JERSEY
Perfect bedding for four seasons that does not require ironing. This extremely easy-care material is a completely natural product. For our knitted fabrics made of Mako Interlock Jersey, the pure cotton yarn we use is almost completely untreated. We process the raw material in the interlock knitting process (cylindrical knitting process) into a fine, closed surface that has the same look and feel on all sides of the fabric - a sign of true ESTELLA brand quality!

MAKO-SATIN
Linen with a silky sheen! The hallmark of satin (satin weave) is the characteristic satin binding. The result of this common weave is a smooth, even fabric that turns any bedroom into an oasis of well-being with its silky sheen. During the production process, this material is mercerized. This fabric is gently treated with a cold, concentrated sodium hydroxide solution. The result: best color brilliance, extra shine, increased dimensional stability, tear resistance and fabric durability. The so-called shrinking (decatizing / sanforizing) is another finishing technique that fixes and stabilizes the fabric.

SCHWEIZER PREMIUM-SATIN
Extremely comfortable feeling while sleeping! Premium Swiss satin is made of 100% pure cotton (Nm 100/1). This means that 100 meters of yarn used weigh only 1 gram in total - a sign of true ESTELLA brand quality! Due to the great delicacy of the yarn, this bedding is of very high quality, durable and extremely comfortable. During the production process, this material is mercerized. This fabric is gently treated with a cold, concentrated sodium hydroxide solution. The result: best color brilliance, extra shine, increased dimensional stability, tear resistance and fabric durability. PREMIUM-DAMASK
An elegant woven pattern made with extremely fine yarn. Damask is a Jacquard type fabric, which alternating between the warp and weft fibers allows for weaving all kinds of graphic patterns, and these can be freely arranged over the width of the fabric. It is delicate, densely woven, with a subtle sheen. Made of long fiber pure cotton yarn, mercerized and super combed. Since the production of damask is a very complicated process, and also puts a large tensile load on the warp threads, damasks are only made of very high quality, smooth and shiny cottons.
