Returns and complaints

Important

1. Seal the package carefully and send it.
2. If you are returning more than one product, you can put them in one collective package.
3. Please note that we do not accept COD shipments sent to us.
4. Depending on which payment method you have chosen, you will receive a refund the same way. If you paid for the order on delivery or by traditional transfer, the refund will be made to the bank account indicated by you in the Return Form. If you have made a payment via PayU or using a special voucher, the money will be returned via these services.
